Our business systems expertise drives NEAA masterclass

We were delighted to host a masterclass on October 16 in conjunction with the North East Automotive Alliance (NEAA), where we provided advice to delegates on how to successfully implement business systems.

The How to Successfully Implement Business Systems masterclass was delivered by our director of business systems, Derek Curtis, and took place at RTC North, Sunderland.

Representatives from across the automotive industry and its supply chain attended the event, where they learned how to get the right building blocks in place for the implementation.

We developed the masterclass to help companies learn how to avoid the pitfalls which often come with system implementation and provided guidance to delegates on how they can save valuable time, money and resources when integrating CRM, financial, business intelligence or manufacturing software into their organisations.

The event included advice on setting goals and staff involvement in the implementation process, and a focus on the relationship between work culture and business systems.

In addition, Jonty Abbot, partner at FluidIT Consulting, provided insight into strategic implementation.

The North East Automotive Alliance (NEAA) is the largest automotive cluster in the UK, established to support the economic sustainable growth and competitiveness of the sector in the North East of England.
