Sage: Ideas Hub

Gary Butler, software specialist at Cellular Solutions explains how to get the most from the Sage Ideas Hub.

While the Sage products we use are good, on some occasions they could be better.  A column needed on a form, a report available as standard or an option to post something a different way, to name a few things.  Lots of things can be customised for a charge, though did you know you can raise a request to change the way the program works directly with Sage, and people can vote on these to increase the chance of including these suggestions (or Ideas, in this case) can be added to the roadmap?

Well for Sage 50cloud, Sage 200cloud and Sage Payroll, you can raise and vote on ideas at the following location:

https://communities.sage.co.uk/ideas/

All you need to do is to create an account with your email and Sage details, and you can raise and vote on common ideas.

Some of the ideas we have raised or voted on have been included – or will be included – in the program. Specifically being able to make Customer or Supplier accounts inactive, Nominal accounts inactive, and an invoice list for Sage 200.
