Organisations across the emergency services community can now access the world’s first thermal imaging smartphone – through business communications and systems specialist Cellular Solutions.The CAT S60 is a revolutionary product which has extensive applications in fire and rescue and law enforcement environments.
The phone boasts fully integrated thermal imaging: it displays a live thermal image, measures surface temperatures and can capture both still images and video. And it can even see through obscurants such as smoke.
Waterproof to depths of 5 metres for one hour, the CAT S60 pushes the boundaries of mobile technology and can capture both still images and video underwater.
It’s extremely robust too: the smartphone exceeds military specification and is built to withstand drops onto concrete from up to 1.8 metres.
And the CAT S60 incorporates wet finger and glove-on working technology, as well as being protected by the latest Corning® Gorilla® Glass 4.
