The Bridges shopping centre, situated in the heart of Sunderland city centre, is the home of a number of big brand names including Debenhams, Next and Primark. Prior to engaging with Cellular Solutions, the management team at the Bridges had a contract direct with a network provider, which was due for renewal.
The Bridges team needed a cost-effective business mobile phone solution which would support them in taking on the day to day challenges of running a large shopping centre. Part of the requirement was that the handsets would enable quick response and reliable connectivity while members of the team were ‘out and about’ on the mall and within the city centre, so they could rapidly deal with any issues.
Cellular Solutions supplied and set up iPhone 8 devices for the Bridges’ management team and ensured that a smooth transition was made from the previous network to the new network on the same day, so that the team’s operations were not disrupted.
In addition, Cellular Solutions arranged for the team’s old mobile devices to be recycled as their value was made available for the client to use with Cellular Solutions to support the cost of additional services.
The management team at the Bridges were assigned an Account Manager at Cellular Solutions and they benefit from having access to a Sunderland-based support desk, which offers rapid local response to technical issues and guidance on mobile usage and implementation.
